Hello!   

Basically: I can receive money through Western Union.
  For sending money by this system all you need is an ID(ausweis, passport, identity card -  kinda inner country document, it's called differently in different countries) and anyplace that has Western Union. Here on WesternUnion site is good solution about all this: [link]?
  It is not so difficult.
Also you can do payment on-line, just as PayPal.

All this is becouse here in my country we cant't work with PayPal normally.

  Feature of this option is that you give me information about the character, and I draw him(her) as I see in my head.
Will it be a portrait, a fullbody or halfbody char - I do not know, but I'll try to do my best.
This option include few (3-5) line sketches before serious work, so you'll be able to choose what you like most.

If you want not simple back but something like this

 please add to the price $ 50-70 depending on complexity.
Animals - $ 10-30 depending on animal size. Big dragons costs as human-like chars.
Only background (planscape, castles and so on) - 100$.

How does it work?

1) Write me a note and describe your order. If I'm not too busy at the moment, I'll tell you my info for moneysending.
   Notice for description:
Write about race, sex, age, height  of character. Write something about his\her personality. Add (if you have) reference images (photos or drawings) in description.  But try to make sure that this description is not long as the Interstate 60. (remember that English isn't my native language)
2) Transfer the agreed payment
3) Wait
4) profit!

Usually I can tell how much time the commission takes. Other from that, I have a status-list in my journal, where you can see the progress of your order.
